1. Pre-sale Service

We can provide you with fabric samples and equipment brochures for free, including freight costs.

2. Selling Service

1) The delivery time of our products is approximately 20-35 days after we have received the down payment or letter of credit.
2) There is no service for quick-wear parts.

3. After-sale Service

1) The warranty of machines is 1 year. We will freely replace any parts with quality problems under warranty with the exception of quick-wear parts.
2) If you need technical support, technicians will be instantly arranged to give a hand.
3) Only once machines and parts pass inspection will they be delivered.

4. Other Service

1) Our technicians can be dispatched to install machinery equipment for you. Free training service is available, if necessary.
2) You can sign an agency agreement with us.
