The single jersey machine is a circular knitting machine and features 4 tracks. Due to the cylindrical four track cam design, it produces a variety of high quality, single jerseys in a diverse array of patterns and thicknesses through the different arrangement of cams and needles.
Available single jerseys include pique fabric, mesh fabric, twill, polyester-cotton blended fabric, highly elastic fabric, plain weave fabric and fabric for swimwear. Our specially designed fabric rolling system allows cloth to be evenly pulled and reduces the risk of irregular color. It is applicable for processing an array of materials, including cotton yarn, blended yarn in a variety of specifications, highly elastic polyester silk, chemical fibers and more.

Product Functions and Advantages
  • The frame has undergone a natural aging treatment. The oil-immersed gear meshing drive model is known for its exceptional stability and low noise levels.
  • The advanced computer control system automatically monitors and controls all operating parameters, including regularly spraying oil in specific quantities, dust removal, needle breakage detection, automatic stop when fabric breaks, and automatic stop when arriving at the set output.
  • This equipment features dust exhaust fans in the middle, top, and bottom of the machine to effectively clear accumulated cotton fibers to protect needles and sinkers, as well as enhance the running efficiency.
  • The single jersey machine can be equipped with fleece conversion kit which contains special cams and needles. Therefore, it can also serve as a fleece knitting machine.
