Product Description

The interlock or rib knit machine is equipped with two tracks cams for the dial and four track cams for the cylinder. Users can easily and quickly change the cam and needle arrangement for knitting twill, air layer fabric, interlining fabric, bourrelet, pique fabric, double sided elastic cloth, small jacquard fabric and other fabrics. This multifunctional knitting machine supports cam and needle cylinder replacements with different needle numbers to serve as an interlock knitting machine or rib machine and successfully adapt to changing markets. Due to the 2 tracks + 4 mechanism, it is able to produce complex fabrics such as the lower texture of high-grade clothing.

  • Because the cams are manufactured using special techniques and the track edges have undergone transition angle treatment, needle and sinker service life, as well as equipment running speed, are significantly improved.
  • Made of a high-density gray iron alloy, the cam boxes have undergone an aging treatment for a set time, thus preventing expansion or contraction caused by rapid temperature changes and controls machine part knitting accuracy.
  • The frame has undergone a natural aging treatment and the interlock or rib knit machine uses an oil-immersed gear meshing drive model with an exceptional stability and low noise levels.
  • An advanced computer control system automatically monitors and controls each operating parameter, including regular oil spraying in a fixed quantity, dust removal, needle breakage detection, automatic stop when torn fabric is detected, and when the machine reaches the rated output.
